Each Module contains:
Pre-workshop self-led learning – 2 hours
Instructor-led online learning – 2 hours
Each session will be highly interactive with team-based exercises.
Use of online videos, exercises and quizzes to be done as self-learning preparation prior to each module.
This will also include one team-based exercise for community discussion during modules 2, 3 and 4.
Spaced one (1) week apart.
ASSESSMENT FOR CERTIFICATION
A guided In-company activity to build a business case and get buy-in from leaders to take the next step.
You will develop this progressively during the course.
Short report and test to be submitted within 2 weeks of completion of module 4.
